Elder Law and Estate Planning

General Info
We are an Elder Law and Estate Planning firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer free phone consultations, so contact us if you have an Elder Law or Estate Planning issue you would like to discuss. We assist our Clients with Long Term Care Planning, which includes Medicaid and VA Pension planning and asset protection. We also create the legal documents necessary for our Clients to designate trusted people to handle their medical and financial affairs in the future if that ever becomes necessary. In addition, we help our Clients protect their families and plan for the future with wills and trusts. We strive to give each Client the same level of care and attention we would want for our own family members. Cynthia Mead, our founding attorney, received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 1985 and is an active member of the Elder Law community.
