i purchased a 2004 dodge truck exactly 1 year ago from this place within 3 months i had rust holes coming through the doors and undercarriage. that was problem 1 then it was brake pads, rotors,calipers,tie rods, heater core, and blower motor. that was all within 6 months of owning it. then today was the first inspection and wow it didnt pass rear axle is leaking all ball joints are gone and rear shocks. i was not allowed to take it as it was deemed unsafe to drive. so all together we are up to about 2600.00 dollars in repairs within one year of owning. we went to lee credit becouse they appear to care about their customers even with bad credit my response was should have purcsased the warrenty sorry. this was the worst experience i have ever had buying a used vehicle from a dealership. and would NEVER return my business to them and will not encourage anyone i know to.

I've applied for credit everywhere and with everyone,and every place has turned me down. So when I went into lee auto Bob told me to have a little bit of faith, and two days later Bob and Troy had me approved for a car,and not some clunky old beater but a VERY nice 2007 Mercury milan my payments are reasonable and they even found me cheaper car insurance. They have not only help me get a fantastic new car and cheaper car insurance they've also made sure to help in every way possible to fix my credit score so that I'll never have credit problems again. After this experience I can definitely say I'll never buy a car anywhere but Lee Auto again

i.e., A local favGreg was great in helping me find what I wanted in a price range that worked for me. I found the SUV on the website and he had it for me the next day to test drive. He stayed after hours so that I could close on the car that same day. Working 5am-5:30pm for 7 days it's hard to find any place that will work with you. I came in at 6:30pm for the test drive expecting to have to come back the next day after work to close on it if I wanted it. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I will defiantly be recommending him to family and friends, and will hopefully with in a year be purchasing a car for my husband using Greg.

I was extremely happy with all of the people who assisted us that day (and continue to assist). They were and still very helpful and seem to really care about any concerns we may have. Dealing with people that have no sense of humor or a sour attitude in any way is horrible and it happens all too often. Which is why I have to point out the guys at Lee Augusta are great (and hilarious). 5 hours spent there went by very quickly and we were happy while purchasing and remain very happy with our decision to purchase there. Prices are high but if you have terrible or no credit and no chance of co-sign, like myself. This may be your only hope at getting a vehicle and your best hope at rebuilding your credit,

I arrived totally unprepared and with an unusual pay delivery process and got great help solving my problems, and they were VERY patient as I went halfway through the process, then left, returning later to complete the process. Very helpful.
