TERRIBLE customer service! extremely RUDE (I was yelled at by an employee and the owner at the same time). FYI they have no satisfaction guarantee and will not change something if it came out wrong. I was told very rudely that "You ask for something and we do it, that is our guarantee. If its not what you wanted then you either changed your mind or told us the wrong thing". I had waited 4 weeks for my very expensive items to be embroidered. It was nothing like what I asked for, the font literally 4 times bigger than I asked for. When I asked them to take it out they agreed but then stated they couldnt remove it from my vest but would pay for a patch to be put over it. They promised me a refund on my jacket but only gave me about half of what I paid in to have it done. Zero refund on my 80 dollar vest they ruined. I had to wait an additional 4 weeks to get the jacket back blank..... extremely dissapointed. Do not take your business here
