I give them a bad review I took it there to get painted and I get it back with paint peeling and chipped and they painted it black and we wanted gray and the guy just kept lying…. They missed spots as well… and they wanted to charge me more than what should be and told me to take it home and sand it down again and than bring back and I will only cost you more money…. They wouldn’t fix their own mistakes

No words to explain how horrible my experience was, but I'll try on this site I'm launching, along with thousands of other reviews - https://maacoreviews.com. Top class managers here! When complete, these sites will be emailed to every single Maaco location that exists. Lawsuit will be filed within 1 week. Makes complete sense that their reviews everywhere are under 2. Only reason they're high on Google is they're fake. Evidence of this will be presented on my review site using analytical profile stat software.

Maaco in Aurora is one of the best auto repair and painting shops around. My husband took his Jeep Liberty there as the car was damaged badly in an accident. Steve, the estimator, gave us a very good price since we also were interested in painting the car. In less than three days we were surprised by the excellent job the workers had done. Not only they replaced the demolished parts with new ones but also gave the car an exotic look by painting it red just like we requested. Thank you to Sean, the manager, who kept us updated throughout the whole process and pleased us with the outcome. Super satisfied with this shop and now im planning to get my own car painted at Maaco in Aurora. I would strongly recommend this place to my coworkers, friends and family. Well done MAACO!!

The service is great. I took my truck there and they did such an excellent job. It was rusted and it was really showing its age. I kept the same color and I am so happy with the final results. It totally looks like a new car, even with the same color, since it is shiny and has no more dings and dents. Thank you guys from Aurora Maaco. The price was very reasonable and the quality was super. Everything was completed within 4 and a half days!!! (Extremely happy, since I was on a rental.)Will come back again!

The best service around. They are very professional and went far and beyond their duty when they fixed my car. I took my 2012 MDX there and I was so happy to see the final results.

The service is supberb, the quality is great and they treat you so kindly. My car needed both, body work and painting. The body labor was flawless and the paint match was precisely. So happy!!! They even gave me a free ride back and forth (dropping off and picking up the car.) They also kept me informed throughout the process. Very nice people to deal with and the best prices around.

Mixed results. I had a 1996 Dodge 2500 painted and body work performed at Maaco. Mario gave me an initial estimate of 2,000 dollars. I agreed and when I brought the truck back to have the work done, Steve told me that Mario missed that it was a two tone paint job and that it would be an extra 450 dollars. I agreed to the increase. A few days after they had my pickup Mario call and told me that we had missed a few more items and that it was going to cost an additional 250 dollars. I refused the increase. When I went to pick up my truck the paint job over all was very good. I got on the running board to look at the top of the cab. The paint on the top was wavy and embedded with dirt. Steve told me that it needed to be stripped and that is why Mario was asking for the additional money. Steve said that we could split the cost to have it stripped and repainted. My additional cost would be 135 dollars I agreed. After I got my truck home I noticed that my Sirius satellite radio was not working. It was not getting a signal. I looked on top of the cab and looked at the antenna. The wire was almost cut through. I called Steve and he told me to bring it back so they could look at it. Shawn looked at it and agreed that it was there fault. I now have the truck back in with them to get the top repainted and the radio fixed. I just got off the phone with a female who claims to be the owner and she now tells me that it is my problem and they did not damage it. Shawn agreed that they damaged it, now they are claiming it was a pre exiting problem. All I can say is it has been working perfectly for over 10 years with no problems and then when I get it back from Maaco the wire is damaged and the radio is broken. Word of advice to all who are looking to get work performed at Maaco is to ensure that you take pictures of anything on your vehicle that might get damaged so that you have proof that it was fine before hand. It’s too bad businesses cannot own up to their responsibly. Again over all the paint job is fine but I’m unsure if all the additional aggravation compensates for the workmanship.

I took my 2012 Jeep there, after being involved in an accident. They did such an awesome job and gave me the best pricing in town. My white Jeep looks better than before and it has already caught the attention of all my neighbors and colleagues. Thank you Maaco in Aurora! I will bring friends and family there.

well done i was impressed i like them and those exotics colors. my vw jetta looks cool very unique good place a lot of choices.......now i got another project for them thank you guys.
