The Small Steps for Healthy Leaps restaurant program is a state-wide initiative sponsored by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment to stop the rise of obesity. The Smart Meal Seal was created by the Department of Public Health and Environment to establish nutrition requirements specifically designed for restaurant meals. This seal helps customers to be able to easily recognize healthy choices a restaurant has to offer.
