THIS COMPANY CLAIMED THAT THEY SERVED ME A SUMMONS WHICH WAS FALSE SO I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND A COURT DATE I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SO A JUDGEMENT WAS FILLED AGAINST ME AND THEY ARE GARNISHING MY WAGES. ONE MEDICAL WAS WAS FOR $20 THE OTHER FOR AROUND $140 AND THE OTHER FOR ABOUT $398. I HAD MEDICAL COVERAGE IN WHICH I FAXED TO THEM THAT COVERED THE $398 BILL. SO THAT LEFT OVER THE BILL OF $140 AND $20 . SO THE CLAIM WILL FEES THE BILL IS AT $182.00 PLUS $203 IN COURT FEES A TOTAL OF $385 THEY HAVE ALREADY GARNISHED ME FOR $377 WHICH LEAVES OVER $8 .THEY HAVE TOO ANOTHER $200 OUT OF MY CHECK . I AM CONTACTING A LAWYER AND GOING TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT IN THE MORNING . I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE WITH THE COMPANY TO ENSURE THAT THEY WOULD NOT GARNISH ME FOR THE MEDICAL BILL OF $398 PLUS FEES AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT A UPPER MANAGEMENT WAS INVOLVED AND I WOULD NOT BE GARNISH AND I WAS ANYONE THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE AM HOPING I CAN FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES ON WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES

Completely unethical practices. After paying a debt IN FULL they refused to provide any information to clear the judgement against me. I was threated in a way no one deserves to be trated especially if I had already paid my debt.

I cannot believe anyone would want to be employed at this company or would want to hire them to collect debt. I would be embarrassed to have them call to collect a debt on my behalf. Not only are they inconsiderate, but they do not know the law in debt collection. They hire misfits to work for them who are inaccurately trained. My advise to anyone getting a call from this company is to HIRE A LAWYER to represent you to avoid all of their measly, but additional none-the-less, charges. Interest PLUS transaction fees is ILLEGAL!

These people are ruthless. They did not care that I had to move from my situation. I had thugs on my doorstep each night when I came home from work, I was scared. The guy that lived across from me yelled at his wife, or whomever he lived with. I was so afraid. But no one would do anything about it. So I decided to protect myself and get out. They have attached my paycheck and I went to Littleton to fight it, they continued it, I got no notice, and they entered a judgemenbt against me. These people do not operate under any of the law that I'm aware of.
