Absolutely horrible. Wrecked a shirt that was brand new out of the package. Looks like bleach stains on sleeve and front and must of ripped off a button because there is a new multicolored orange button where the original was and it has orange string used to sew it on. I took this shirt out of the package and took the pins out and brought it to them to press. This is how I got it back then. My sister has gone here for 15 years so I trusted them multiple times and they have wrecked or messed up my items. I bought a brand new $800 suit and after wearing once I brought jacket in to be pressed and when I got it back one of the buttons was barely holding on. Then an older shirt I got back has what looks like a bleach stain on the back, that time I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it wasn't literally a BRAND NEW shirt. But clearly now I know it was them. They stated to all of these incidents it wasn't there fault... unreal

The costumer service in this place in known for its absence. I called to get an address the day before I went there. I spoke with a female with a strong Asian accent. When I was ready to pick up the coats I called again to clarify the address (I was unsure of the location since I was not the one that did the drop off). Her response to me in a very rude way "I already told you yesterday!" I was told by the person that dropped my coats off that they were already paid for and all I needed to do was to pick them up. Once I arrived to the place I was greeted by an Asian lady. She looked in the system and said it didn't appear they have been prepaid, then she started to talk with a broken English saying that I was making her waste her time. I phoned the person that dropped the coats of to let him know that there was an issue and apparently the coats were not prepaid. He didn't answer the phone and I left him a VM, I was waiting for a call back. I was standing inside the cleaners and the lady told me in a very rude manner that she was not able to keep working because of me and technically was kicking me out. I asked how come I was hindering her from continuing to work and she said that I am an stranger standing there and that I needed to leave. I told her that I would get out of her face and had to step out to wait for the phone call. This was my first and last time doing business with Happy and Joy Cleaners. If am bringing my business to you the least you can do is treat me with some decency and respect. I will stay away from this cleaner also due to the high pricess. I realized that had I taken the coats to CD One Price cleansers I would have saved $44 dollars. This place is a rip off.
