I would give NO STARS if I could, but I had to put something. This was supposed to a fun night for a bachelorette party, but it turned out to be a night of disaster!!! The pickup time was 8:30 and we found out the limo was arriving at 9 pm, so reluctantly agreed because we needed to reach our restaurant destination by 9 pm. The limo driver arrived at 9:30 pm, an hour late. The driver looked disheveled and had significant issues backing up the limo to our house. He also mentioned it was his first day, and that he thought he was doing well since he had not crashed the car yet. When we finally got into the limo, it smelled and he could not work the air condition, lights, or radio for us in the back. As he was driving to our first location, which was 15 minutes away, he had a hard time driving straight and smoothly. Because of the additional delay, we arrived at our destination after 10 pm, and the restaurant we had planned to eat at was already closed. Since the limo driver dropped us off and left, we had to call the driver come back and pick up the group. When he arrived and picked up the group, he then took a wrong turn and drove about 20 minutes out of the way to a dead end. At that point he had to turn the limo around which was something he could not do. The back and forth motion of the car made a few guests sick to the point where we had to stop the car for them to get out and take a breather. Some of the guests, including myself, became worried about our safety and the condition of the driver. After collecting ourselves, we eventually made it back to the restaurant where we started. We thought we would give him another chance and told him to take us downtown. However, he once again took the same wrong turn and went back to where we just came from. During this whole time, he was talking to the owner for directions. At one point when the driver knew he was lost, he told some of the guests that his GPS was not working and he wanted them to help him and give him directions. I told the driver to take us back home. I felt these were not the services we had agreed to. I will never go with this company or even bother to recommend them to anyone. This was the worst customer service I have ever had, and they were not at ALL professional. I hope people read these reviews before they even THINK of trying to book a limo through this company.

I arranged service from Ace 3 days ahead of the event. They required a deposit via credit card. I provided all they requested and signed the contract. On the day of the event, I contacted the broker who arranged the deal 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time. I said to cancel the car, we would be driving our own car. He replied that the driver was "there". I was "there" but the car wasn't. We left, using a personal vehicle. 22 minutes after scheduled departure time, the owner/driver called and demanded payment, saying the contract allowed him to be 15 minutes late. It does not. Besides, he was outside the 15 minute window he built for himself to cover his tardiness. I said he missed his opportunity for the fare because, not only was he not the customary 20 minutes early, he was 22 minutes late. Once the owner/driver found out he could not charge my credit card for the full amount of the fare, he returned to my residence and "keyed" the side of a car parked in my driveway.

Don't rent from this company! Received a quote and booked limo from Limos.com a couple of days before event. Ace called for credit card info via phone and confirmed. Then only hours before event, I received an email notifying me that they would not honor price quoted on limos.com ($66/hr). Price said gratuity included. Person at Ace said this was false advertisement on website and they would not honor it. Ace had also sent text to my phone for 10% discount - what a surprise they would not be honoring that either. AND they said the hourly rate was incorrect on the website (should have been $75). So, 2 hours before they were supposed to be pulling up at our door to pick us up, they hit us with another email demanding that the price would be almost $100 more an hour than what was quoted on website and that full amount was required in cash. What a disappointment!! If you want to be sure that you are getting what you pay for, don't go with this company. Not reputable or honest! Hard lesson to learn and what a disappointment for these kids on their end of the year dance night! Don't make the same mistake I did. Book with someone else. You can't get these moments back to do over again.

Ace limousines drove me and my friends around on my birthday. The car was nice, and the driver was freindly. He did not seem to know his was around Georgetown though. I was a little disappointed with that. But for the most part the owner tried to make things right by giving him directions to each location that we desired. So other than having a brand new driver and him not knowing his way around Georgetown they were good. I would use them in the future because I appreciated how even when things werent perfect. The owner went out of his way to talk to me.

I read a review some one had posted about how the folks at Ace limousine took care of thier wedding. Well the driver did not go as far as to dress in the same color of our wedding but my wife had picked silly colors, so good for them. But I did recieve a coupon in the mail. Giving us a free hour of service exactly one year later after our wedding as a small gift for our anniversary. Way to go Ace Limos, for following up[ and remebering our wedding day. My wife and I recommend you to all of are freinds.

I normaly dont write reviews but Ace limousine really went out of their way to make my wedding special. They decorated the limo with just married, had a bottle of wine on ice for my husband and I. The driver was even dressed in the same colors as my wedding. All I can say is WOW! Not many like these guys.

I cancelled my reservation 4 days before and they said they would refund me my money. Its been three weeks and they still haven't refunded my account nor do they even take my calls anymore. Sorry, plans changed! Get over it and give me back my money!
