Bruce Blackwell with American Video Productions ruined my wedding. He was hired to video my wedding and the result was embarrassing. We refuse to even show our family and friends the finished product because of how terrible it is. A few of the issues were the mic he gave the groom to wear during the ceremony did not work so you can not hear us say our vows, the camera was set up so far away during the ceremony that he had to zoom in so far that the whole picture is extremely grainy, he only shot the first dances, speeches, and cake cutting. He didn't show any of the guests, the venue, the decorations, fast or slow dancing, the garter and bouquet toss, or the exit. The footage that he did provide was not edited. Everything was shot from a camera on a tripod so it's all at one angle and nothing is edited. The camera he has is of extremely poor quality as well because the sound and picture are horrible. When we notified Bruce of our issues we were told he would respond within the week
