Very professional service. Our service tech Eusebio Alvarez is excellent: always on time, notifies us when he'll arrive, lists in detail all of the services provided, and is very friendly. And we haven't had any bug problems since we have used their service.

Jeff Brooks was the service tech that came out to my property. He was punctual, I received a call 30 prior to showing up, and he was extremely personable and professional. He listened to exactly what I issued I had and recommended the best eay to treat this infestation of ants I'm experiencing. The service was done quickly and he informed me when it was over. This is my second experience with him. Both times have equal ratings. I woild recommend them to everyone

Jeremy did a good job and I was very impressed as he called ahead of time to let us know he would be servicing the property. He rang the doorbell when he arrived but we were in the back and did not hear it. He then called again to let me know he was there. He also asked about any specific concerns I may have which I really appreciated. Jeremy was very professional, polite, responsible and attentive to my pest control needs. Thank you.

only been a customer for 3 months and already have had to call for a reservice over 10 times or so. Billing has been a nightmare as well. Techs show up at our house with no notice what so ever. Their system is always trying to do a quarterly service without being 3 months yet. The girls on the phone are nice, but they can't resolve the issue. I have had so many credits added to my account for their mistakes (that they own up to), but enough is enough.

I had called to come do an extra treatment between our usual times when I called the lady on the phone was not helpful in answering my questions. So when Toni Victoria came to treat my house and yard he was extremely helpful. He was able to answer my questions and some where not even about the treatment he was doing. He went over and beyond what he needed too. Toni was very nice and knowledgeable and took time to explain when needed. Great job Toni!!! I want him to come every time!!

Our tech, James, came out on 7-25-17 and did our initial treatment. He was very professional and went out of his way to explain all the processes and why he was doing them. He was very polite and I was very impressed with this young man. We have just started using Aptive, but, if this is the typical employee and service they provide, we will be long term customers.

Martha HLandon applied our first application for pest control. Knowledgeable about products and efficient with spraying. Checked the attic for rats and added treatment of back yard for fleas. Very polite and good with 3 tippy dogs.

Moe came and did a great job getting the outside of the house. We need a follow up appointment to complete the inside due to the circumstances. The office, however, usually accommodates us well. We are happy with our aptive service! We don't have nearly the bug / pest problem that we did before!
