      I have been a member for 2 1/2 years now and I love it! The staff is always very nice and everything is always clean. I like the spinning classes because there are always bikes available and you do not have to reserve a bike.

      Comfortable Downtown Health Club

      I have been a member of the Frost Tower Health Club for 2 years and everyone is always so nice. The person at the front desk knows me by my name and always has a smile on their face. I love the fact the gym is never crowded! Machines are always available no matter what time you go in the gym. I do not work in the building so it is nice they provide free parking.
