Had a negative experience at this location.



When I was in there they offered me two filters (engine and cabin), saying that if I purchased them they'd give one for free. I didn't think they really needed to be changed, the tech's "you're breathing this stuff in" protestations notwithstanding. But if he could make a deal for me I thought why not? Some deal. Looking at my receipt I was given a credit for one air filter. But for the other I was changed almost double what it costs at Auto Zone. Plus the part numbers of the filters don't even go to my car! What I think he did was he offered the upsell but then charged me for a filter that in the end cost about how much the two filters would have cost me anyway.



In the end I lost nothing, pretty much paying what I would have paid anyway for the two filters. But it was for two filters that I really didn't need.



My suggestion to you: take your business elsewhere. If you go, question everything they offer. If they say free, walk away.
