I have a very close friend who was referred to KEEP MOVING, LLC by her very best friend, who is a family friend of the owner of KEEP MOVING, LLC. She submitted a request for a quote through KEEP MOVING, LLC's website, yet in a pinch tried to find the number online and accidentally called KEEP AUSTIN MOVING. The owner, Chris, pretended to know what she was talking about when she mentioned her best friend was a family friend of the owner, and all the information that she had submitted online. He continued to mislead her into thinking that he was the correct company she was looking for, knowing very well that he was not. I can't believe anyone would be that dishonest to not say "Excuse me, ma'am, but I believe you have the wrong moving company." rather than playing along and tricking that customer into using their services.
