I had a great experience with this company. Right from the start of making the appointment, to Jeff the service technician arriving on time and making my tile floors shine, to the follow up call the next day. Service was excellent, professional and friendly. The price for the work done was great. I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I'm very happy! My carpets look new, they smell fresh and clean, and there were no shortcuts. My technician Jason called me with a 15 minute warning, was here on time, and did a great job. I love that they are environmentally friendly, and the product they use smells like orange essential oil. Jason moved furniture that I didn't expect him to clean under, which was a nice bonus. I will definitely use this company next time, which will be soon considering I have three little boys:).

Great experience! I received an email the day before my cleaning to say that my appointment would be between 9:00 and 9:30. I love that-a 30 minute window, not a 4 hour or 8 hour window like most places give. The technician (Jason) called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. Then he showed up exactly ON TIME!! He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and my carpets look fantastic! I will definitely use Peace Frog again.

Great customer service and good cleaning job.

I LOVE these guys! I needed my carpets and tile cleaned last summer (06-2012) and I really researched before I made the leap and tried Peace Frog. The carpets and tile in my home looked new! Maybe a month later- July we found out at the last minute that my partner was going to be interviewed at her office and the interview was going to be shown World Wide! I panicked and had to quickly find someone to clean the office - and the upholstery in the front waiting room at the office desperately needed some attention. I called these guys again and even though they were booked, they worked after-hours and had me taken care of in time for the interview the very next day! I won't go anywhere else after experiencing the quality and service provided by Leap Frog Carpet & Tile Cleaning.

We got a same day service on 3/22 for a dead animal in dryer vent. The technician is knowledgeable and pleasant! He explained the mechanics and process, and was complete and thorough in cleaning the dryer vent. We are also very happy about the reasonable price! Will recommend to anyone who needs a dryer vent or vent cleaning service! We didn't know their existence before. They are super! Thanks!
