      The Rock Springs Assessment Center ATX provides behavioral health assessments and telehealth options for the Austin, TX community, available by appointment or simply by walking in. Assessments consist of a conversation with a licensed behavioral health professional to discuss your unique mental health or substance use challenges. We then recommend a comprehensive treatment plan, offered at one of our qualified community partners, a local Rock Springs facility, or via telehealth. Our mission is Changing People's Lives by increasing access to behavioral healthcare in our local community. If you're struggling, you're not alone
