Excellent Service!!! I will never use another locksmith, simple as that. They are pros, courteous and quick, have the best prices in town, knowledgeable about their profession, and they just plain take care of you.

I called Urgent Lock and Key to replace the locks in my house, rekey them, and help me with my security weak points to help my family feel more secure. I had already bought new lock sets, thinking I could replace them myself, but it turned out more difficult than I thought, so I was happy when they explained to me that they could also install my new locks for me in addition to rekeying them. My front door had shifted a bit with the age of the house so they even helped me to fix that problem. We also went through the house and they were able to show me areas that needed to be secured better and gave me some great suggestions. I was very impressed how quickly they finished all the work and I feel much more secure in my home. I would highly recommend them!

Very helpful service. I accidentally lost my car keys and I didn't have a spare. I'm very pleased with their service. They came very quickly and the price is pretty good for making a new key. I recommend them if you ever happen to lose your car keys. They'll take care of you right away.

Rude staff I visited this establishment to get a key copied and I was quite astonished by the attitude of the staff. I was ignored by the gentlemen working behind the counter for several minutes until the other employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store finally came in and said abrasively "What you want?" They were able to copy my key, but I will find somewhere else to get these services from in the future.
