Biggest scammer Bish and Lion Mortgage.. Don't fall for their Google reviews; they pay $15 for giving them good reviews and most of those reviews are from friends. Bish promised me a rate to get the business and two days befor closing charged me extra cash and increased the rate by .8 percent. He told me find another company as he knows I don't have any options. Now reading some reviews here seems he did it to others too.
Bish is fraud .. Keep away from Lion Mortgage dishonest people.

For the 3rd time now, we have received incredible rates and service from the team at Lion Mortgage (2 refinances and 1 purchase). They made the process as simple as possible by accepting all of our documentation electronically, responding very quickly to any questions or concerns (even nights and weekends), and meeting all our contractual requirements on time. They were such a pleasure to work and we would certainly use them again. Highly recommended!

Everything went at a very fast speed. My friend said his bank purchase took twice as long as mine. I had emails and phone calls constantly to ask for document requests or to tell me where we were at in the processing of my loan. Bish and his team was absolutely great. Dont go to these people. Only polite until the closing of loan. Never explained the internal fee involved in my loan. When I realized 1 week before closing and brought to notice, I was told that it will be taken off before the closing. I was checking every day and I was told it is being taken care. One day before the closing, when I am handicapped, they said it cannot be removed but will be adjusted after the closing. They never picked my call nor bothered to respond me back. Finally they said they cannot adjust fee and are now saying that it is valid fee and I have to pay it My suggestion is that there are many other honest agents out in the market. Take good decission

Never go with these people.

They never explain the truths behind.

They make up the fake stories and some how make you agree for the inappropriate loan convincing you with fake stories.

I am deeply effected by them.

My broker, Mr. Bish is a great person to work with. He is always there to answer any question and even on phone or in person. He worked deligently to get me the best rate possible with his experience in the market and that saved me ton of money. He hooked me up with almost everything including the moving company contact info. The guy can do anything and everything and makes sure that you get your loan approved without any kind of issue. In last few days I have recommended many of my friends to take their business to Lion MTG and in future, I am planning to keep continue doing so. Bish Mazumdar from Lion Mortgage was very professional and prompt in processing my home mortgage refinancing. The whole process went very smooth and was completed in matter of weeks. As promised, It was a true zero closing cost re-financing deal. I was surprised when I was refunded for the additional appraisal fees for the second inspection visit. I found Mr. Bish Mazumdar to be very professional and knowledgeable. During the loan process, whenever I wanted to meet with him, he was available even after his business hours. Whenever I called him he was always there to answer my questions. A wonderful person to work with! He referred couple of key people such as the home inspector, the attorney, the home insurance agent and they all turned out to be very professional and worked as a team to get the closing done successfully.
