i got let go from my job due to a bad economy and asked the owner to freeze my account until i got back on my feet. she said it would be no problem. 2 months in a row they pulled money out which means she failed to freeze it. being that i thought she froze it i didnt go to the gym even though i could have which really pisses me off. not only that i called several times and left messages and still no call back and its been weeks. that leaves me to cancel my membership. the price is way to high for such a small gym that was always packed when the time was best for me.
