He was at my house in less than an hour and was helpful, effective, efficient and polite. I asked if he could cut off the bolts that had never been cut off by hubby and he took care of that. No extra charge. He was still under an hour and no extra charges! I'd give Thomas Plumbing a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them and will call them immediately if/when I need a plumber again.
