I was seen on the same day since I needed an emergency appointment. Very professional and helpful staff. I scheduled appointment with Endodontist next week same place and he did a nice job too.....

I wish I could rate any less than 1 star !! Experience : I am a physician myself and have never come across a practice as bad as this in my 15 + yrs of medical experience Pros : Clean, well staffed, good location Cons : everything u can possibly imagine...but wont go into all the details, but will tell my personal experience. I went for a routine exam and annual scaling. I get scaling done annually and my last dentist gave me a clean exam and normal X rays They made me do complete set up of X rays saying its essential. I get it done and the dentist says -- well you have 3- 4 mm cavities on 2 teeth and they need to have filling. I had no symptoms what so ever at that time. I said I will get it done only if my insurance covers fully for the procedure and otherwise I will defer it for now. They verify and said they called to confirm that everything will be covered. I sit down and then she goes drilling and drilling -- may be made the cavity bigger. I started having tooth ache from then on. Called the office a few times, dental assistant checks with doc and says its normal. the pain lasted 6 months and now I still get occasional pain. 30 days later I get a bill saying I owe them $ 1200 for the procedure, because Insurance did not pay. I called and the lady goes I dont know why they didnt pay...but you owe it to us now. I said I wont pay all of it, one I did mention clearly that I will get it done only if covered and the procedure made things worse. Next thing she says -- we will send it to the collection agency !! Trust me-- this is the first phone call regarding the bill. Few months down the line, I was buying a car and saw that the collection agency put it on my credit file never even contacting me ( very bizarre ). Even if you ignore this whole credit report thing...i general the practice is very unethical, misleading and manipulative. Please, take my word and never go there in your best intere

The pain and discomfort that dental treatments give are really irritating and it gets to my nerves sometimes. I was unable to focus on my daily work due the pain. American Family Dental Care clinic proved to be a great help to my dental care and dental health, pain is the word that you wouldn't hear in this clinic. Trust me I truly recommend this clinic. The staff was nice, their behavior was good and the billing and insurance issues were cleared without much problem.

The dental whisperers .. haha, that's the exact way of describing the American Family Dental Care clinic. Those who have odontophobia (dental phobia) should or must visit this clinic as you will be amazed finding yourself actually liking this dental clinic and you will also like to visit it frequently. I had the best dental treatment in this clinic and my fear is completely gone now (I was pretty much scared from dental clinics before).

My braces were a nightmare they made me very uncomfortable whenever I used to eat something. Guess my previous dentist was a dumb head and all my money spent in his clinic was a total waste. Dr .Yanez was my next dentist and he turned out to be very good and I dint have any high hopes from dentists because of my previous experience. But my treatment conducted by Dr .Yanez was completely satisfactory and the clinic American Family Dental Care is fine by the way, and everything was hassle free.

The working hours of this clinic are very good, from morning 9am to evening 7pm. To get an appointment in this clinic is never a problem and there are rarely any postponing or delays. The staff is very friendly and well mannered, they know how to behave with a patient and they give importance to your concerns and issues. The quality of service obtained here is first class and the fee they charge is reasonable. They even provide with dental discount plans for those who don't an insurance and that's a very good reason to choose this clinic over nay other as here in this clinic they aren't after your money.

My first visit to dental clinic after 2 years was to American Family Dental Care. I noticed a huge change in the dental equipment (this clinic is equipped with the latest equipment) and the dentist's way of treating, it was quite impressive. Well I'm totally happy with the service of this clinic, don't know about other clinics but this one is way too good than those I visited about 2 years ago.

Fabulous experience, very thorough cleaning and exam. Very happy.
