This MVA is horrendous. While taking the license test, my employee with me in the car played on her phone, was extremely cold and rude, and when the wind blew and the flag moved she proceeded to tell me that I failed because I hit the flag. I stepped out and looked and it was impossible that I hit the flag. This MVA should really consider who they hire because they have some really nasty workers who don't care enough to pay attention to the driving going on during the test.
