      Today on September 19, 2021 I went to Burger King to order my food from the drive through and one of the employee told to pull up to receive my food, I've waited for at least 10 minutes nobody came outside and my was paid for. I went inside to see what's going on and female employee started to curse at me threatened me called me terrible names. The assistant manager tried to calm the situation but this other person in the back I believe was a cook or something however, he was laughing and repeated the things that the female employee was saying. The assistant manager gave me a complaint sheet to fill out. That was uncalled for, if I was the manager I would have given the customer a free meal as a courtesy. I hope that employee is dismissed because that could have went horribly wrong.
