Joseph Bain and his staff are always helpful and very professional. He has personally went out of his way to fight to save my family and business alot of money.
We have been doing business with Bain Insurance since 1995 and have always found Joseph Bain and his staff to be 100% professional. We have gotten excellent customer service and they are on the lookout to get us the most comprehensive coverage for our various needs at competitive pricing. So for 16 years, through building and living in two houses, purchase and sale of a few vehicles, obtaining coverage for a 40-foot RV and a boat, we have been satisfied customers. Bain Insurance has changed us from one carrier to another very infrequently, but when it was to our advantage to do so. Fortunately, we have not had any claims that I recall, but I know others who have and the agents there are Johnnie- or Janie-on-the-spot.
