You have to wonder why a company constantly advertises their pencil. My guess is that their word of mouth is sorely lacking. I had a 4 year old deluxe travel trailer and they said they would sell it for me. Before we came to an agreement, they promised to detail it so we could maximize the sale price after a winter in storage. Bottom line: they blew off the detailing, got an extremely low offer due to the musty/dirty condition and said basically "take it or leave it and take your trailer out of here.' I brought up the detailing promise and was told that it was not in writing so it was my word against theirs. In Maine we have our reputation, honor and we rely on referrals from satisfied customers. This is NOT that type of business.

recently I purchased a fifth wheel that was serviced By web's that included a new black water tank as well as new valves, this cost over 5000 dollars to the seller... The fittings were striped ( over tightened) so the sewer leaks horribly..This was done One year ago and the camper has not been used till now.The Insulation that is included in the artic package was removed and never replaced.Pictures were sent phone calls were made to Cash the service rep.. They will NOT back their work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER advise anyone to go there for service work!!!!!! Look elsewhere in the Bangor area NOT customer friendly!!!

BEWARE!! Electric was not working on our RV, they replaced a 2 yr old heavy duty battery, charged us $400.00 and came home and it still didn't work! took it back and found it was only corroded wires -they would not return our battery or discount the ridiculous bill. BEWARE!!
