My wife and I just returned from our lawyer's office, where we were hoping to hear that after 8 months he finally found a way to resolve the problem of her step-sister squatting in the family home where my wife and her sisters grew up. Imagine our surprise when he told us he had spoken with the other party's attorney, spewed out a bunch of lies that originated from that party, and then said "I don't want to take this case!"

We have used David Jordan for years for various legal issues regarding real estate and elder care, etc. Apparently his buddy, attorney Nick Sabatine, fed him a good line regarding the step-sister (Jordan neglected to tell my wife they had spoken, a huge breech of trust). Jordan sent a letter to the squatter warning her to vacate the home last month, and when we asked about it he said it was "a bluff!". He actually complained about how my wife looked at him while he was feeding her this crap!

This man should not be in the practice of law. For others who have used him and were happy, that was us, until today! ps: There is only a star there because it was required to post this. It should be a minus 3 stars!
