      The D & W Fasteners Co., Inc. was founded in 1954 by Dorothy and Wilfred Stadter, a husband and wife team, who initially and literally operated out of the trunk of their car. Using the time-proven formula of providing quality fasteners with responsive service to meet the customer's needs, the company has grown and has moved to larger facilities. In 1984, the current owner moved the company to its present location, which has expanded. During that time, new product lines have been added, including buffing and polishing products and foundry riser sleeves to serve industrial customers in northeastern Ohio and beyond.

      D & W Fastener has an extensive product inventory on site. Our philosophy is to operate "like an extension to the customer's tool crib" by being responsive to our customer's needs. If a needed item is not in our stock, and we know by 10 a.m., we usually can have the parts in by 2 p.m. that day. D & W Fastener carries only quality fasteners that conform to International Fastener Institute and/or ASTM specifications. We also carry products for the polishing, plating and foundry industries, with most items in stock in our warehouse for immediate shipment, if necessary. Specialty services include supplying bolts with drilled heads, special length bolts and/or studs and other non-standard fasteners. Recently, an automatic parts bagging operation has been added to provide kits of fasteners in polyethylene bags.
