I provide exceptional relaxation massage for my clients who want to relieve the stress of work and life challenges. One hour or ninety minutes of stress relief and focused massage therapy can make you feel like a new person ready to take on whatever life has to offer. I also work with many clients who suffer from chronic pain. In fact, pain relief is my specialty in the field of massage therapy. I have studied and taken additional training in understanding current pain science and the most effective ways to help my clients cope with pain in their daily lives. My massage practice is evidence based and I have continued with my education to keep current with the newest and most reliable massage techniques to address chronic pain to help my clients feel better.
