We work with local and regional banks and various businesses to rectify loan defaults, enforce rights to collateral, and collect debts. In recent cases, we recovered $4 million in collateral for a bank, negotiated the return of collateral that was sold for $1.2 million, and achieved the payment of numerous smaller delinquent loans through demand letters.
