I once gave this Parlor a poor rating because of the style cut they gave my bichon. The ears were cut short and that was the first time we had ever seen that. (I thought they would never grow back, but they did!) However I immediately took down the review because it was mean spirited and done in an emotional tirade. The honest truth is they give excellent (cat) grooming. I only wish they had asked me about the style of the bichon cut up front.When I attempted to take my cats back the owner politely said Miss Bonnie I don’t think we can do your animals I saw your review on yelp. That was three years ago and I’ve been to many different Parlors since then and my poor little ragdoll’s have not had a better cut than the one she and her groomer gave them.
