I needed a change from my last eye doctor's office. His staff was extremely rude with a very sneaky no return or exchange policy on any pair of glasses. I spoke to Dr. Lewis about my last encounter with my previous doctor and she was very attentive. She explained how my eyes changed and went into great detail about my new prescriptions for three pair of glasses. My first pair are computer glasses that actually worked when I looked at my computer. I could actually see it with no problems. My second pair with transgression lenses are great along with my sunglasses. I highly recommend this particular location. Ms. Pat took wonderful care of me and my daughter while picking out frames and doing paperwork. It took three hours to order five pair of glasses bc they were extremely busy, but in the end I was very pleased with my new glasses, Dr. Lewis and the staff.

I've been a longtime customer of EyeMasters, when it changed to Visionworks I made the choice to stay because of Ms Kathy, Dr Lewis and Dr Johnson. Ms. Kathy make my visit a welcoming one. She's always making sure that you are happy with your visit. Her and the two doctors are amazing when it comes to customer service!! When I walk through the door and see Ms Kathy I know the visits will be a good one. Thanks Ms Kathy, Dr Lewis and Dr Johnson. I appreciate you guys so much!!

Mrs.Kathy, Dr Lewis and the rest of the gang at the Bluebonnet Store are wonderful people. They take care of all my needs and are a joy to deal with and they are always there when I need any help.

I just came back from my appt. and I had the best experience from my doctor (Dr. Kimberly Lewis and her coordinator Ms. Kathy Jones). They were very professional and caring, I was very comfortable while I was in there care.. I would recommend that everyone go to Visionworks and even Ms. Pat was so friendly, she made feel like I was talking to my best friend.

I went into the stiore hoping I would be able to get glasses before leaving on a trip. Of course, I had waited too long but took a chance. I was greeted by Robert, explained what I needed and how soon. He asked to see my script for lenses and checked their inventory. He then introduced me to Ms. Pat to assist me in frame selection and complete measurements for ordering. She was extremely helpful! It's intimidating to sort through all those frames and she was right there with me giving honest opinions. My glasses were in the next day and my sunglasses will make it before my trip too.
All were very professional, courteous and efficient!!

I only came in for an adjustment but I've been here for almost 30 minutes while several people who walked in after me have been getting 5 star treatment. One particular employees is always rude and sarcastic towards me and keeps asking me to wait somewhere else instead of helping me. I need to find a new glasses place.

Great Location! The people there are very nice! This was my first time to purchase glasses and contacts. I went in twice and each time the workers went over and above with helping me with my insurance and ensuring I get the best possible price, which I did!
