Run down trailers and some sites. Clean as can be expected in the desert with thorns everywhere. Not what was on the picture on the web site. The management and maintenance are very nice people. They take care of your needs right away. The cost is decent for the area. They are pet friendly. It's worth the money for the area.

its like living in its anti dog anti family and favors contractors not a good place to live run down and a pile if you have dogs expect complaints if you have more than one vehicle expect complains hell if your and American expect complaints.... doesn't even deserve a star.....
