It does take a long time but the dogs are calm and well groomed when they are done. For me, the time it takes is worth it the results. I have taken my dogs other places where they come out quickly, shaved and nervous, and scared to go back. Oleg knows dogs, he knows their character, and he will not push them.

This is one of the WORST places I have ever taken my dog and I would consider a dangerous places to leave a pet if you care about your pet. I dropped of my dog at 8:00 a.m., at 3 p.m. I called to see if my dog was ready and was told no and that he would call when she was ready. Again, I phoned at 4 p.m. and was told no, she was not ready. Finally at 6 p.m. I went down there and she STILL was not ready so I demanded he get my dog and I left without him ever even touching her. The place is nasty and can only house a very FEW dogs so I don't know why it would take him all day to groom a few dogs. I feel there is more going on there than grooming dogs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE!!
