Their ceiling price is hardly a ceiling price. It might as well be locked in. Every other oil company's prices are falling but not their ceiling price. When you call to question it you get a really angry woman on the line.



Their saving grace is that their servicemen are outstanding!

Recently renewed my contract at an excellent price. They always have great service and the office people are very helpful.

We use Frank Bros for our oil service and find them to be very good and very fair. The oil contract prices have been good and they really do give the best service of any oil company that we ever used. They also have done a yearly service on our air conditioner.

This company has people who help you when you call with a problem . The prices are good and they have good payment options. You can even speak to an if you have a problem

I recently had a new Peerless boiler installed by Frank Brothers and they did a great job. I have been with them for about 4 years and found the service is very good and the people are helpful. Before dealing with them I was with a much bigger company and I didn't like that. Anyway, even though I have a contract with Frank Bros, I got two other prices and they were a lower price than one and just alittle more than the other. I must say they did all they said they would and more. I would recommend them.

I signed up with Frank Bros. Fuel Co., Bay Shore, NY for my heating oil and service of my heating equipment in February of 2009. It took Frank Bros, until October 2009 to come to my home to inspect and tune-up my boiler (as old as the house is, 20 years) and separate oil fired hot water tank (8 years old). Within 24 hours of this wonderful tune-up (I have one done every year) my working water tank burst causing a foot of water throughout my basement (24' X 46'). Frank Bros. then sends their equipment sales manager and tells me the best way to go is a new boiler with a reserve tank which will cut down my oil consumption by 30%, cost $6,000.00. I have the boiler and tank replaced with all new everything. I find out 6 months later I could have done the same thing for $4500.00. So, not only did Frank Bros. cause my water tank to burst they over charged me $1500.00. The icing on the cake is now my oil consumption is higher then it has ever been in the 10 years owning this house. Frank Bros. website and radio adds all proclaim "Honest People Providing Honest Service". Does anyone see that at my home? So, to all my Long Island neighbors, please don't believe Frank Bros. Fuel Co. You might be their next victim. By the way I gave 5 stars so YP would keep it on there sight. If I gave it 1 star it wiould be taken off.

A good company, family run by honest people. They are not the cheapest guys around but they are fair and reliable. The oil drivers and service men are very good and the office people are very nice.

We are totally disappointed. We locked in a rate....they said we didn't....and charged us $3.39 per gallon. We'll be shopping for a new company ASAP. We feel we were ripped off with a smile.

This is a family owned and run business. They take pride in their name and live up to their reputation of 7o years.
