This restaurant replaced "Rita's" at the Stagecoach hotel in Beatty NV, where we ride to at least once a year. We just stayed 2 nights at the hotel and ate 4 meals there. It was Thanksgiving. The casino was pretty empty and there was about 3 waitresses, and one "so called" manager and he might have been doubling as cook, because out of each time we saw him, we overheard him with other customers discussing service or food issues. He would then disappear and good luck getting a coffee refill. At least he could have helped that much. Seems like things where in chaos for such few people. There was a limited menu, turkey was good but I couldn't seem to fork a green been. It was so tough. I had this meal twice, thinking it was a fluke, but no, and this time the mash potatoes must have been made in a blender. I could go on more about the disappointment and wanted to complain to the manager before we left but he had just gotten an earful from another group who had stayed at the hotel and was complaining about the same. It appeared he had excuses but no real sympathy for the service or meal they had been served. There were no other places open but 60 miles away we had the best zucchini we've ever eaten at the bar at Paramint Springs! We travel a lot on motorcycles so are not sissies, but the hotel and Casino are sadly sinking deeper into nowhere you'd want to go unless you were very desperate. Times are hard but have some pride Denny's. Your customer group were clean and courteous and didn't deserve that. Shameful.
