PCI is a Third-Party Administrator and Employers Advocate that helps employers to reduce the cost of their Workers' Compensation program. This means protesting, petitioning, and appealing Labor and Industries (L&I) Workers' Compensation claim manager decisions. PCI is unique in the industry because we appeal all controversial benefit decisions to the administrative law courts on behalf of the employer. It takes a team to do this. Our appeals are successful because we utilize the research and expert testimony of our own Medical Team, which includes Board Certified Medical Doctors, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Psychiatrists and Psychologists, in addition to our Certified Vocational Counselors, Private Investigators, Medical Bill Auditors, Medical Bill Processors and Paralegals.
