Bar Towing Inc. was started in 1995. The acronym BAR stands for Bend Area Recovery. Our mission is to service the roadside assistance, emergency/accident towing, custom hotrod market and property management arena. Our emergency service area covers all of central Oregon. We also travel to Portland, Salem and Eugene to service exotic vehicles like Range Rover with no local factory authorized service centers. Our goal, as silly as it sounds it help you not to need our services. No one likes having to tow their car. Hopefully these suggestions will keep you driving with no interruptions: 24 hours a day, Seven days a week, Whenever, wherever and whatever your needs are Bar Towing is ready to help. We have moved garden tractors, forklifts, storage sheds, 5th wheel travel trailers, motor homes, mobile homes, exotic cars and of course, plain old every day cars, vans trucks and motorcycles. Our primary goal is to make sure that you have safe reasonable priced friendly service wherever and whenever you need us. Since we service ALL of Central Oregon, we are sometimes not the cheapest or fastest available service provider. Rude and unprofessional. The lots disgusting and there only in it for the money.
The same instance at the bank parking lot. They then increased the fees for recovery by 40% over what the City of Bend towing contract rate fee structure. I followed them around one night and watched them repeat this practice. Con's and thief's. Consequently I would not recommend them for other work that may be legitimate. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I was parked in the bank parking lot using the ATM. I was maybe gone for 20min and I came back to no car but even a bigger issue my dog that was in my car gone. This forced me to pay the extra $55 after hours fee. The guy then proceeded to tell me that I could walk to the parking garage where he was holding my dog. 20min later I made it.Further investigation he has someone watching the parking lot and calls Bar Towing as soon as they leave their car, getting a cut in the process. Its the same as strip clubs in Vegas paying cab drivers to deliver people to clubs. Do we really want that kind of business in Bend.
