I love breakfast food so I've gone to lots of Denny's, IHOPs, Village Inns, and Perkins. This particular Dennys is poorly managed. The food was fair, although my waffle overcooked. Mostly this issue is the service. It is in a commercial district and has lots of business clientele, so maybe they don't need to be so concerned about repeat business.The service was very slow. The big rush had already pushed through so I can't say that the kitchen was simply over whelmed. I was there with my family of 5, and this was one of the longer waits what we've had for breakfast-type food. One of my children commented to the server, 'what took so long?' It was a bit humerous until the server acted like we were nuts. There's a sign on the check out lane inviting feedback, yet when we told the associate about our service, the response was 'oh ok...that'll be 39.45' Bottem line - until they get their act together, go across the street to the Village Inn.
