I go here often, and i must say they are the best for threading and waxing. The owner is very friendly and caters to everyones individual needs. I have always had a great experience.

I hate this for my eyebrows now because some lady ruined them and gave me an attitude. I have sparse eyebrows but big in size and she made them pencil thin. She also gave me a disgusting attitude and if I got her name I would've asked the manager to fire her. She doesn't deserve this job because she ruined my face and day.I hate it so much and she also gave me attitude when I paid with coins. Please teach your employers to thread and teach them discipline. I don't even want to rate this place it doesn't deserve a rating because it's that bad

You would expect a beautician to be professional when dealing with clients. I had the worst experience. She was rude and commented repeatedly in front of other customers about the texture of my hair and how frizzy it was. Isn't that why I went to her in the first place?I came back quite hassled rather than rejuvenated from the entire experience. Definitely basic professionalism and courtesy was missing...
