I am writing to you regarding a situation that arose recently when my wife and I saw one of your staff , Lauren K. Kirsch, PA-C. On February 27th, We saw Ms.Kirsch for a follow-up appointment about the future of my wife’s recovery. At that time, she was extremely rude and abrupt and and bluntly told us that Dr. Petraglia said that “ there was nothing more he could do for her”’ I became upset and told her how disappointed I was in the follow up. She said “ I am sorry for the way you feel”’ and walked out of the room leaving us just sitting there. My wife begins to cry, we paid our copay and left. This was completely unacceptable to me.
