Air Care & Restoration Co was tremendously helpful to my family, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services. Keith was extremely accommodating and all the services were very prompt. They performed air quality testing, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and installed an air purification system. We are really impressed with the air purification system and how clean it makes our air. Keith, Rod, and the other staff members were truly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They really went out of their way to help us in anyway that they could. During his first visit to our house, Keith spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting our house, answering all of our questions, and even provided us with very helpful brochures and handouts. In addition, they were more than willing to answer all of our questions via phone and e-mail. It was a true pleasure working with Air Care & Restoration. I am so glad we found them and can't imagine not having their help. Air Care & Restoration really goes above and beyond to help their costumers.

They were polite & knowledgeable and did a good job overall. My only complaint was with a new employee that connected 2 hoses on rhe plenum to the wrong connection blocking a walkway through my attic. I had to call them back since I didn't check their work until they left. I trusted that they had run the duct in the same manor as it was originally. They came right back as soon as I called and corrected the problem and were very apologetic for the error. This wouldn't have had any effect on the performance of our AC. It only would have been an inconvenience for us. I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

This is a very professional company that takes the time to carefully evaluate the cause and extent of the IAQ problem. They then fix the problem at a very reasonable price.A very pleasanr experience!
