Since I was unable to take over-the-counter medications, I became interested in natural alternatives, as well as the healing powers of food. During that same time, I began working in a natural health care setting. I worked in that setting (loved every minute of it) for eighteen years. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, I counseled patients on exercise, stretching, & eventually on natural health & nutrition.
