We strongly suggest pre-booking an appointment on your arrival day to help you acclimate more quickly to our higher altitudes and a second appointment mid-week to rectify any stiffness or over exertion from your extended recreational activities. Our staff of expert massage therapists are here to enhance your wellbeing through on-site delivery of therapeutic, deep tissue and sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, polarity and energy work, as well as private on-site yoga instruction and structural integration.
