In there on Saturday and service was horrible. Waited,looking for help and everyone seemed to avoid and when I asked I got a response "Well we are busy". Not the answer you give to a paying customer. No one even said "may I help you or anything.'"Worst service ever.

OK. Here it is! From the moment I walked in the door to buy a new washing machine, the experience was absolutely wonderful. On June 6, 2010 I met Jeremy in the appliance dept. He guided me through the process with understanding and a knowledge of every machine in the building. He listened to me, made some suggestions and I ended up with the perfect product, one that will meet my needs completely. Then, the NEXT DAY comes the crew to deliver, install and take away the old worn out machine. It was really amazing! The knowledge and the confidence they displayed were amazing. It was Daniel, his call at 7 a.m. to give us the delivery time within an hour and Wes, his helper, who got here, took away the old machine and installed my new machine, including a run through wash. I felt completely confident and amazed at their professionalism and knowledge of the product I had selected. Bravo Lowe's! Your free and timely delivery will send me back for more appliances in the future.!
