Bought a Precor EFX Elliptical from FitnessZone. The staff was very knowledgeable on all products. They delivered for free and provided local warranty. Stop into FitnessZone in the shops of the colonnade it will be worth it!

Best selection in town. They are the only store with Precor and that's what I was looking for. They delivered it and even hauled off my old treadmill. Sales guys were very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me. Great experience.

Good fresh food, reasonable prices, warm atmosphere without being too much. The lamb roll-up, and grilled lamb salad are my favs - but daily specials are solid -

The chicken roll-ups left me unimpressed but everything else I have tried over about 8 years time has been A+

Taziki's Restaurant has been a constant in the Birmingham marketplace for years. Having lived here for the past 7 years and having an office close by, I have regularly eaten lunch at this establishment and it has been consistent in quality and price. They have two additional locations but the Colonnade has always been a staple of my lunchtime eating experiences. Whether it's the Talapia sandwich, the grilled chicken salad, or the weekend special you cannot go wrong at Taziki's!
