I have pawned several times with these guys, and no problems what-so-ever. Item(s) are locked in the vault and stay there till time is up. Pay the pawn and item(s) are returned in the same exact condition as when they are pawned. No BS! Nice People!

They had a clearance on portable generators. the owner told me that one particular generator was selling at Menards for $420 and he would sell it to me for $250. I thought that was a good deal and I took it home. That night I looked online and saw that I could buy it brand new for $269 So I called the store to talk with him. I got hung up on 3 times by his employees when I was literally just trying to find out when I should call back or if I could leave a message. When I finally reached the owner HE HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL!!
