Nothing but great things to say about David's!! Kerrie was so helpful. They allowed me to exchange my dress for another when I had second thoughts. I was so glad I did too. The second dress was much more my style. It made my fiancee/husband cry as I walked down the aisle (me too), not a small feat considering how stoic he is. Tina in alterations was a God-send. She altered the dress and had it back to me on time. I got many compliments on how pretty the dress was. I didn't want to take it off!! I had less than a month to get this wedding on and the gals at David's were a huge help in making this wedding happen!

Not Satisfied!! I found the wedding gown I wanted in a size 4, and I needed a size 2. They told me they wouldn't be able to order my size before my wedding in 3 months, and that I would just have to pay for alterations. After they found they weren't able to sell me any shoes (I had already picked out jewelry, a vail, and a flower for my hair) they left me with no help as they left to attend other people in the store. My bridesmaids never got any help whatsoever. The customer service was horrible! Two weeks later I went to another David's Bridal in a different state for alterations. To make it easier, and cheaper for me, they ordered me a SIZE 2 dress!! And it was ordered and altered for me with plenty of time before my wedding. I will never go back to this store, and neither will any of my friends who live there.
