Very disappointed. I had the funeral there before for my grand father. Had a recent funeral which I won't give out details for to protect my identity. The funeral director left out a lot of details in planning and barely gave us options. He sounded very snobby and noncompassionate. Kept repeating they are the lowest cost funeral around. We planned a family viewing before the opened viewing and he told us he forgot and planned another funeral at that time so we wouldn't be able to. He rushed us out at the funeral service and at the cemetery. Very rudely and as I said before no compassion what so ever. Told us we had to pay via check vs a credit card because our funeral was only in 4 days. We had specific details we wanted covered and they "forgot" They decided to trash our flowers that they couldn't fit in the car to the burial before we got back gave us the they wouldn't look nice anymore excuse. We wanted them for something else later that day and needed to take pictures of them still. The florist told me cut flowers would stay beautiful for 5-7 days without wilting. We can spray with water to keep them nice for longer. I will never recommend them again. Taking over your family business and having a crappy attitude will make people who came before never come back.

Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about this funeral home. I am the daughter of the deceased, she lived with me and we were very close. The funeral home made all the arrangements with another family member and did not consult me in anyway, but only wanted money from me. When they did not receive money from me, they treated me like I was not part of the family. They disregarded me as my mother's daughter during the entire funeral and would only acknowledge the family members that paid. I found the staff to be rude and insensitive to the grief.

I can not express how wonderful Charlie and the staff made my family feel so comfortable through out making all the arrangements for my Father. I felt like my Dad was left in the hands of family members, the service was beautiful and words could not even begin to say how at a time when my family was griveing they came in and took over to help make it a less stressful time, I am very thankful to them and have no words for to describe what a beautiful service they held for a wonderful man.
