So I write this review with a heavy heart. I have been taking my 350 super duty to diesel and imports for about 5 years now. At first when I started bringing my truck there everything seemed to go just fine, then, after a while when I would bring my truck in for repair, I would get it back with another issue, but the sales and staff were so friendly and so awesome that I never really thought about it, I just said, well it's an older truck and it gets used this is just part of life. Well, recently I ended up bringing a newer truck to them for a coolant leak, going to 1 of my twin turbos, all it was was a coolant leak. My truck ran like a kitten, absolutely no issues with my 150 ecoboost. Nuthing Whatsoever, besides a little coolant leak, they took the truck in called me and told me what it was a tube going to 1 of my turbos to cool the turbo on the EcoBoost, so i said ok fix it, so they fixed it, I got it back as I started driving it down the road to come back to my house, my oil pressure sensor started going off and telling me that I had no oil pressure, keep in mind i was half way home, so I panic and think WTH. so I pull over, as I am about to pull over and shut the truck off the oil pressure goes back to normal and the truck is still running just fine, so I pull over anyways shut the truck off, get it towed home, call diesel and import tell them it's doing this and that bla bla bla, and he's like, well all we did was replace a hose, so now I'm thinking in my head what is going on, then I start remembering all the times I brought my 350 in. Hmm how I constantly get it back with another issue. And I'm thinking no way, there's no way they would do this to me, so I give them another shot, I have my truck towed back to them explain everything again about what's going on, and he says hmm i just don't get it, this is John, I'm talking about, John says to me, I just don't get it, so John proceeds to call me a couple days later, telling me about a timing chain issue that these trucks have, and that it's a pressure sensor on the timing chain or some blahblahblah, so I call Ford!, And I ask them, is this true? Ford says to me. No, there is no timing chain issue for your particular motor. Im like, huh! That's weird he, so john says to me a couple days later from the last time he called me, that I'm going to need a new motor because if I'm going to spend 4000 on having my timing chain stuff done, I might as well spend another 4000 dollars and just have a brand new eco boost put in, NOW people remember when I brought my truck in for a coolant leak, it had absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was driving perfectly - the hose, all I found was a little puddle of coolant on the ground underneath my truck, I needed a new hose!!!! I git it back with this issue now. So I tell him I'm going to just bring it home and think about what I want to do. So I have Ford come and pick up my truck, the ford certified mechanics look at it and say somebody put something inside your motor. somebody put bad oil in my motor, because when they drained it, a bunch of bad oil came out gunky nasty oil, gunky? Let me tell you a little something about my truck, I've never gone even a 100 miles over when the oil is due, and I have always used full synthetic oil. I am spot on my oil changes every time, and I bring it to Ford every time to have my oil changed, so now here I am with a new truck that I have to put a motor in just because I brought it in to have a coolant leak fixed. How Did a coolant leak, go from coolant leak to you need a brand new motor? On another note, just to let you know when I brought my truck in to Ford, they had proceeded to tell me that they have scary stories of vehicles coming from diesel and imports. Scary stories!!?. Great now im told this. So now I will not be bringing my truck to diesel and imports anymore now. Now I have to shell out 8300 dollars and have a brand spanking new motor put in my 5 year old EcoBoost. That only has a 100

These guys are the biggest thieves I have ever dealt with getting my car repaired (and you all know, that's saying something!). They charged me over 20% more then their estimate. Actually made the idle problem I brought the car in far worse. And, replaced a washer pump that I knew for a fact worked fine, then threw my good pump away so I couldn't prove they are thieves. The pump they put in sprayed over the roof on one side and trickled out the other for 3 weeks until it stopped working. They refused to give me money back, and claimed they just couldn't understand why I wouldn't bring my car back to these self PROVEN beyond any doubt criminals. They are the absolute worst of the worse. If you take a vehicle to them, you WILL get ripped off. They are completely incapable of doing anything else. Avoid them like you would the plague!
