Start of the call was not friendly and when I did not have a phone number for the delivery address (9 minutes away from the florist shop), I was told "it's too cold to be running around out there".



I wanted to use a local florist shop in Bloomfield, ended up using flowersfromyou.com instead and had a great experience.

I've personally been using Blue Hills Green House since 1990 but my family has been using them for decades! They are an amazing greenhouse. Freddy and his team make the most beautiful arrangements in Hartford County. He an his wife made my prom corsages, wedding arrangements and have since made a slew of beautiful arrangements over the years. Both personally and for our school's PTO to give to the administration. If you've ever been lucky enough to meet Freddy in person, you'll quickly learn that he is one extremely busy man with all the orders he gets on a daily basis but is also the sweetest, kindest, most gentle person you'll ever meet too. I always recommend BHGH and no one has ever been disappointed! Being in business for well over 60 years says a lot about a company! Call today, you will not be disappointed!!

Very poor customer service. I tried to place an order a few days ago, only to be told by a certain Fred that they did not have the product I had ordered. Being Valentine's Day season, that was understandable, and I was willing to accept a compromise, but I had to be sure I knew what I was going to get. Initially, I was told that the particular vase I had ordered was not available, so I asked for a picture of the intended substitute vase. I was denied. I was also told that they would make a "very similar" arrangement, so I asked if they had the flowers mentioned in the original package, and if not, what flowers they intended to use. Denied. I sent a final e-mail hoping to clarify what I wanted to know, and they responded by cancelling my order and telling me to find another florist. Essentially, to F off. I will never do business with Blue Hills Greenhouses again.
