For those looking for an amazing establishment to build a relationship with, please avoid this place. Im not one to ever spend the time and write a review but this is to warn other individuals and not go through the anxiety this place has put me and my family through. I honestly don't even know where to begin with the nightmare that has occur for my moms 50th Birthday bash. I will just give you a just few keynotes of what was done or actually not done i should say. Three months in the making, $12,000 later, my centerpieces were incomplete, Rent a center sofas that were placed instead of the Burlesque theme chaise for pictures with the birthday girl, needles still attached to the 6 foot long train that was sent to this place to be altered, 46 seat covers were one material and the rest was another, table clothes were not put on, place settings was also incomplete, second outfit change was never finished. Just imagine me, a college student, that has no experience in decoration, setting up the place and also finishing both dresses. Complete nightmare. My point that I am trying to get across is that at the end of the day, its the principal of the matter. I never knew of anyone to have such lack of empathy. The disappointment on my mothers face broke my heart. Its not about the money because money can never replace the day we loss. I would hope that this never, EVER, happens to anyone else!!! Don't forget, I summed up just some of the things that was incomplete for the party. I can't sit here and continue to explain the complete lack of responsibility that this establishment has done. Do your research on this place, never pay in full until the job is complete and please be careful when they start adding additional hidden fees because it will add up real quickly. I GUARANTEE IT! IF YP had negative stars, YP would need to have an infinity symbol above it.
